Kundagol by-election: Gold jewellery, money seized from car in Karnataka
A car carrying gold for voters in Kundagol Assembly by-election was intercepted and seized in Hubballi. A case has been registered at the Kalaghat police station
Hubballi: Gold jewellery was allegedly being transported in a car to Hubballi in order to pay voters ahead of the Kundagol Assembly by-election on May 19, in Karnataka. A kg of gold worth Rs 30 lakh was being transported along with money. The matter came to light when police were conducting checks. A case has been filed with the Kalaghat police station.
