Actor Parvathy waits for an hour to vote; spends time reading book
As people complained about standing in the queue for just minutes while casting their vote for the Lok Sabha election in Kerala, actor Parvathy decided to kill an hour's time by reading a book before exercising her franchise.
Kozhikode: Actor Parvathy cast her vote in booth 9 of Kozhikode Kunduparamba School in Kerala. Parvathy had to wait for more than an hour to cast her vote for the Lok Sabha election. Parvathy was standing in the queue and spent her time reading a book.
After casting her vote, she said to the media that she had missed casting her vote in the past years, but promised that she would exercise her franchise henceforth as she understood the seriousness of voting.
