Amritsar: Harinder Kaur, a Punjab resident, became the first woman farmer from the area to bag the prestigious Krishi Karman Award. Owning 32 acres of land, Harinder has experimented with many crops till date. Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed over the award to Harinder at an event held in Karnataka's Tumakuru.
