Tamil Nadu RTO officials, collector inspect 425 school buses in Ramanathapuram
The RTO officials along with the district collector K Veera Raghava Rao inspected more than 400 school buses in Ramanathapuram district of Tamil Nadu
Ramanathapuram: A team from the Regional Transport Office (RTO) launched their annual school bus inspection programme on Tuesday (May 28). The team, led by the district collector K Veera Raghava Rao inspected as many as 425 school buses. During the checks, 27 buses failed to receive the "Fitness Certificate" while the others passed the test.
The district collector checked the height of the steps in the footboard, first aid kit, fire extinguishers and emergency exit.
