Ramanathapuram: A traffic police inspector sustained injuries after he fought with a mini truck driver. The fight broke out when the inspector stopped the driver for overloading and roughed him up. The incident took place at Sigil Raja Veethi in Bazaar police limit in Ramanathapuram.
Vijayakanth, the inspector has six stitches on his neck. When the inspector questioned the driver, Karan raised his voice and the fight broke out. The duo rolled on the roadside and fought. The accused Karan was produced before a judicial magistrate.
