Sri Lankan Navy arrests two Kerala men for smuggling 79 kg cannabis
The Naval officials on Saturday (May 11) recovered more than 70 kg Kerala cannabis from the duo who tried to smuggle into the Sri Lankan capital Colombo
Colombo: A team of Sri Lankan Navy on Saturday (May 11) arrested two men for smuggling 79.3 kg of Kerala cannabis during a routine patrol carried out in northern seas.
According to reports, the two tried to smuggle cannabis to Colombo. But the duo was caught by the officials in the sea during a routine patrol. The two were later handed over to the Sri Lanka Police.
