Noida: BJP leaders refuse to pay toll, get booked for creating ruckus
Two BJP leaders were booked for assault after they demanded to be allowed to pass the Jewar Toll Plaza in Noida without paying any toll
Greater Noida: BJP leaders Vijay Bhati and Sanjay Sharma have been booked for assault against toll officers at Jewar Toll Plaza near Yamuna Express. The accused arrived in a SUV and demanded to be allowed to pass through the plaza without paying toll. This led to an argument between toll booth staff and the BJP leaders. They were later allowed to pass without making payment. But after passing the plaza, they stopped the car and returned with their associates and beat up the toll booth staff. The video has been captured on CCTV camera. Jewar Police have booked the duo for assault.
