Mumbai: Polio-affected man donates blood for the 100th time

Prakash Nadar who has been affected by polio continues to donate blood to those in need of it, across India. Nadar has completed his 100th donation and has even been certified by Superstar Rajinikanth for his feat.

Mumbai: 43-year-old Prakash Nadar became the world’s first specially-abled person to complete his 100th blood donation across 18 states in India.

Prakash Nadar from Mumbai’s Worli has even been certified by Superstar Rajinikanth for completing his 100th blood donation despite being affected by polio. 

Nadar has travelled over one lakh kilometres, not only to donate blood but also to spread awareness about donating blood.

Prakash Nadar has urged people to donate blood as much as possible. 
“I'm inviting all of you to please donate blood regularly and also be part of my mission of blood and organ donations and save lives,” urged Prakash Nadar.
