Chennai: In the 11th year celebration KM Music Conservatory, which is run by Oscar winner AR Rahman, at Tamil Nadu's Chennai, a 12-year-old pianist, Lydian Nadhaswaram brought home to glory by winning the inaugural edition of the CBS ‘World’s Best Show’ on Thursday.

Though Lydian is a familiar name in Chennai, the kid shot to fame after appearing in the Ellen DeGeneres show. Speaking to reporters, AR Rahman said that Lydian’s success is India's success and he should become a music ambassador for the nation.
