Karnataka political crisis: Farmers get dogs, pigs to protest; demand President's rule

Reacting to Karnataka political crisis, farmers from Kolar put masks of Karnataka MLAs to dogs and pigs and flung cow dung on the posters of MLAs. They demanded President's rule in the state.

Kolar: Farmers of Kolar in Karnataka gathered to stage a unique protest against the fight for power in the state. They got dogs and pigs, tied them up and shouted slogans against the Karnataka MLAs, who have been fighting for power and position, while jeopardising governance. They prepared the masks of Karnataka MLAs and put it on the faces of pigs and dogs. Members of state farmers association and Haisru Sene said at the Mekke Circle in Kolar that the MLAs were killing the democracy in the state by resorting to resort politics. They flung cow dung on the posters of the MLAs. They also demanded disqualification of 224 MLAs and to declare President's rule in India.
