With the Kumaraswamy-led coalition government stumbling to retain power in Karnataka, it is interesting to note that neither former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda nor his son HD Kumaraswamy have completed their terms in top positions. While Deve Gowda did not complete his term as Karnataka chief minister and as India’s Prime Minister, his son HD Kumaraswamy also did not complete his term as a chief minister earlier.
