Karnataka: 3 men arrested for stabbing JDS worker in Hubballi

Hubballi: The Hubballi Police in Karnataka have arrested three people in connection with the stabbing incident of a JD(S) worker named Subash Mundagod.

The three arrested are: Purushottam Pengod, Gopal Pengod, Pradeep Nandodagi. Police have also recovered a knife and two bikes which were used in the attack.

The motive is said to be misunderstanding related to a financial transaction. Purushottam was involved in metre baddi (loans given at exorbitant rates of interest).

Police have furthered their investigation.
