Guru Nanak 550: SGPC delegation leaves for Pakistan to take stock of nagar kirtan arrangements

A delegation of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), the head committee of the Sikhs left for Pakistan to take stock of arrangements of nagar kirtan that will reach India through Wagah border on August 2

Punjab: A delegation of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) left for Pakistan to take stock of the arrangements for international nagar kirtan on the occasion of Guru Nanak’s 550th birth anniversary. The nagar kirtan will start at Nankana Sahib shrine in Pakistan on August 1 and will reach Dera Baba Nanak at Pathankot in India on August 2, through Wagah border. It will travel to 17 states in India, before the grand event is celebrated on November 12.
