Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh has plans of shelving former CM Chandrababu Naidu’s plan of making Amaravati as the capital of Andhra Pradesh. His argument is that instead of one place as the capital, why can’t there be four places as capitals so that monopoly of one place will be stymied.
The issue of shifting the capital of Amaravati into other places has certainly not gone down well with the political parties of Andhra Pradesh.
