India vs Pakistan at ICC World Cup 2019: How far is it right to drag in national heroes to prove a point in sports?
The ICC World Cup 2019 match between arch rivals India and Pakistan is being taken to another level with both the countries releasing advertisements to showcase their strengths. Pakistan first released an advertisement showing a man styled like Indian Air Force (IAF) Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman from India, indirectly taking a dig at the Indian cricketers and fans. Retaliating to this, India too released an advertisement criticising Pakistan. Do we need such advertisements where national heroes are dragged to prove a point?
