Here’s how arrangements were made for specially-abled to cast vote without the help of anyone.
Singer Shravya who is visually impaired speaks about the facilities given for the specially-abled for voting. She says that ballot papers were Braille-enabled and the Electoral Photo ID card (EPIC) was also in braille. This helped her cast her vote without the help of anyone.
