Kerala has been ravaged by the floods that have plagued the state in the past few days. While the citizens of India have taken it up on themselves to help the flood victims, many bigwigs of the sporting world, especially football, have come forward to help. The death toll in Kerala has risen to hundreds with many mourning the loss of loved ones and their belongings.

International leagues like La Liga and football clubs like Liverpool and Barcelona have extended a helping hand to the disaster-ridden state.

The Kerala Reds asked Liverpool for help and Liverpool's CEO responded to the call. "Dear @KeralaReds Our international supporters liaison team will be in contact to see what we can do to help.
