Ahead of their challenging tour to Australia, the BCCI caught the Indian cricketers in a delightful mood which they captured and subsequently posted on social media.

When looked closely, the players were found to be engrossed in playing the popular multi-player video game, PUBG, as pointed out by their fans on social media.

The pictures posted by BCCI were captioned as, “Happy faces and gamer boys before the team’s departure to Australia #TeamIndia.”

The fans were quick to send in comments and they insisted on declaring PUBG as the official game for the Indian cricket team.

Indian team’s flight to Australia was delayed from Mumbai airport and some of the players were engrossed in PUBG while others had foot massage.

“What flight delays do to you. A foot massage for @rahulkl PUBG for @manishpandeyinsta & @krunalpandya_official (sic),” the Indian cricket team’s official Instagram account posted with pictures.

This is not the first time that the Indian players were captured playing PUBG. During the home series against the West Indies, BCCI had posted similar pictures on Twitter.

India will play three T20Is, four Tests and three ODIs in Australia, starting on November 21.
