Mutyala Muggu star Bhargavi and television artist Anusha Reddy have reportedly succumbed to injuries in a freak road accident. Here are the details.
Hyderabad: Telugu cinema is reeling from the sudden demise of Mutyala Muggu star Bhargavi and television artist Anusha Reddy. The actors died in an accident while returning from a shoot in Ananthagiri forest in Vikarabad.
According to a Times of India report, the team of television artistes had gone to Ananthagiri forest in Vikarabad district to shoot for an upcoming serial. However, they met with an accident en route Hyderabad after wrapping their shoot on Tuesday night. In a bid to avoid collision with a lorry coming from the opposite direction at Appareddy bus stop in Chevella, the car driver Chakri veered the vehicle to one side and ended up hitting a tree.

Apart from Bhargavi and Anusha, two other people in the car including the driver suffered injuries and were shifted to Osmania General Hospital. Bhargavi was currently playing the female antagonist Nandhika's friend in the popular daily soap Mutyala Muggu while Anusha Reddy was an aspiring television actor hailing from Telangana.
