Syed Allah Bakash has been silently championing causes concerning the poor. He watched his two-year-old son die of cholera, just because he did not have Rs 300 for his medicines. But that incident changed Syed. He rented out two autorickshaws, one which he drove himself, to raise money and open a charitable trust. He uses the money to provide medicines at cheaper rates, promote quality education and also take care of abandoned senior citizens. Watch Syed Allah Bakash's story on MyNation to know how tragedy can transform one to become a hero for the nation's poor.
