Chennai traffic police have made special parking arrangements for private vehicles and buses to help those attending former Chief Minister MG Ramachandran’s centenary celebrations at YMCA grounds today. People across the state came together to take part in this occasion. But, what was more interesting? These people who were gathered from rural areas of the state were found crowding the local wine stores in the city during this occasion.
