Belagavi: On November 29, a two-year-old boy died in Karnataka's Belagavi district after stray dogs attacked him. This tragic incident enraged the villagers and in retaliation, they mercilessly killed every street dog they spotted. The villagers began to kill dogs by using huge wooden logs. They have killed eight dogs so far.
