Speaking to MyNation, Supreme Court advocate, Jayna Kothari explains the little details of the historic verdict that was delivered on Thursday regarding the much-awaited section 377. The apex court decriminalised gay sex. Jayna has represented several transgender persons in court, including Akkai, who has been spearheading the LGBT movement around the country.
