Congress leader and former chief minister of Karnataka has said that he wishes to be the chief minister again. He also expressed confidence that people will re-elect him. He expressed his desire while speaking at Hadya, Holenarasipur in Karnataka. "Opponents have joined hands to prevent me from becoming the chief minister for the second time," he said. He also alleged that politics is driven by money power and caste. Reacting to the same, current chief minister of Karnataka, HD Kumaraswamy said that it is not important how long you are in power, but what you have done when in power. "I am not bothered about the chair but want to help people," he said. But former CM Siddaramaiah said time passes and the one who is on top will have to come down.
