Karnataka BJP leader Gali Janardhana Reddy has raked up controversy by saying that he spent four years in jail to destroy Congress party. He was speaking after there were reports of former MLA Venkareddy going to jail to help strengthen Congress. Janardhana Reddy was speaking during the foundation ceremony of a school promoting santh traditions in Belagavi, Karnataka. Interestingly, the school is being built in memory of Venkareddy. Janardhana Reddy was sentenced in the illegal mining case. He is currently out on bail.
