Karnataka by-election: Mining baron Janardhan Reddy challenges Congress's DK Shivakumar (Video)
Former Karnataka minister Janardhan Reddy accused DK Shivakumar of distributing money to voters in Ballari for the upcoming by-election. 'DK Shivakumar is free and I will wait till he comes and I will expose him,' said Reddy.
Chitradurga: Former Karnataka minister Janardhan Reddy, who is supporting Sriramulu's sister and BJP's Ballari candidate J Shantha, challenged Congress leader DK Shivakumar to come for a discussion after the latter levelled allegations against him. Reddy said, "Let DK Shivakumar finish distributing money to voters and then come here. I am waiting and ready for a discussion. I will expose Shivakumar. Unlike him, Sriramulu is the son of Ballari and will work like a son for the development of Ballari. He is busy campaigning. But I am free just like DK Shivakumar. If he dares, let him come for an open discussion about Ballari." His challenge to DK Shivakumar sets the stage for Karnataka by-election.
