Painting teacher at Bagalkot, Karnataka, drew late PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's portrait with his blood. Dr Sangamesh Bagali, Bagalkot's Jamakhandi taluk (sub-division) government primary school’s drawing teacher, painted the picture. He also displayed the painting at Sangamesh arts gallery.
