The jawans of the Indian Army and paramilitary forces, together with Jammu and Kashmir Police, are killing commanders of terror outfits at a rate like never before. Nine out of the 12 terrorists identified as the most wanted following the killing of Burhan Wani, a Hizbul Mujahideen operative, have fallen to the bullets of the security forces in the past one-an-a-half years.
