New Delhi: Congress IT cell head Divya Spandana posted an article on Twitter on Monday about the Rafale Deal. The article was about how the technical heads at Dassault Aviation claimed that Reliance Defence was never their first choice, and the decision to drop HAL was taken by the CEO at the last minute. Spandana shared the article from a website called IndiaScoops.com.

BJP Delhi leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga subsequently posted a video on his Twitter handle on Tuesday where he digs into IndiaScoops.com. It is shortly revealed that the website from which the Congress IT head shared the article used to be an adult website, initially called Indyanewz.com. In the video, it is seen that the initial posts of the Facebook page of IndiaScoops were that of scantily-clad women – a strategy used to garner ‘likes’ on the internet.

In the two-minute video titled ‘Exposing the dirty picture of Congress’, Bagga points at the fact that the Congress resorted to unreliable sources of information while attacking the government on the Rafale deal.
