Bagalkote: Food and civil supplies and minority minister Zameer Ahmed Khan was found offering a bundle of Rs 500 notes to a woman, who was in tears expressing her grievances in Jamkhandi, Karnataka. This video has gone viral, and now the BJP has filed a complaint against the minister with the Election Commission on the same alleging malpractice.
