Aero India 2019: Nirmala Sitharaman inspects parking area after fire
More than 300 cars were charred in the fire on Saturday during Aero India near gate number 5
Bengaluru: Defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman, on Sunday reached the Yelahanka Air Force Station, Bengaluru and inspected the site of an unfortunate fire accident in the Parking Area of Aero India 2019.
Along with the minister, many senior officials from Indian Air Force State Emergency services visited the site of the fire incident and explained the possibilities of the mishap to the minister. The official cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
