How to make paneer bread roll at home?

Paneer bread roll is a snack that is enjoyed by a lot of people. You must already be familiar with the recipe that requires to prepare paneer rolls by deep frying them oil. However, this time, consider making these rolls with no oil. It’s easy, quick, and simple, and will require extra effort.

Ingredients
1 bowl of paneer
1 bowl of onions
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 tablespoon chaat masala 
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
Salt according to taste

Follow these steps

Step 1: Start by preparing the filling for the paneer bread rolls. Take a bowl and mix together panner, with green chillies, and coriander. Then, proceed to add chaat masala, chilli flakes, and salt according to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and keep it aside. 

Step 2: Take slices of bread. Cut the corners and put them aside. For a healthier option, include brown bread for the recipe. After cutting off the edges, roll the slices using a rolling pin. 

Step 3: After rolling out all the bread slices, begin filling each one with the prepared stuffing. Shapes these breads into rolls with your hands. You can apply some water to seal the edges of the bread. The crucial step is to avoid oil frying them. Place the rolls in an air fryer for ten minutes. Enjoy your air-fried paneer rolls!
