Global Students Health Service Plan

HDFC Life has introduced the Global Students Health Service Plan. This is a new cashless health insurance plan tailored for students aged between 12 to 40 years, who are pursuing or preparing for higher education abroad. The plan is being offered by HDFC Life International, regulated by the IFSCA at Gift City, India. This scheme provides a coverage of up to 30 lakh USD for medical expenses. Its primary aim is to prioritize the health needs of students residing outside India and to ensure access of superior medical facilities.

What are the benefits?

HDFC Life’s new health insurance offers several benefits. The plan offers four options, with coverage of up to 3 million USD. Students can choose coverage terms ranging from three months to one year. The plans provide top-notch medical facilities outside the country including a network of excellent hospitals, clinics, and doctors. Additional benefits include dental coverage, doctor-at-home services, and various other facilities.
