Riddhika Jain, hailing from Delhi, is the Co-Founder of HOPPERS and BURASH. What makes her success story remarkable is the fact that she quit her high-paying job to embark on her entrepreneurial journey. Today, she has made her mark in the business world. 

Education

Riddhika Jain was bright in her academics since her childhood. She earned her engineering degree in Electronics and Communications. Later, she pursued an MBA in Human Resources from a renowned university. 

Job as an HR

After completing her education, Riddhika Jain began her career as a corporate HR professional at Bharti Airtel. She worked in the company for approximately two years before getting married. Ridhika became a mother, and a year later she transitioned into entrepreneurship. 

The Reading Room

Riddhika Jain started a children’s merchandise store in Delhi-NCR, alongside an event planning business. She always had a dream of owning her own business. Following her passion, she launched ‘The Reading Room,’ a children’s library located in Noida in 2020. Through this endeavour, she aimed to cultivate a habit of reading and learning among children. 

A family entertainment centre

In the year 2022, Riddhika Jain launched a family entertainment centre called HOPPERS. This is a play zone for children which is located in Noida. Under her leadership, a team of 40 professionals manage the company HOPPERS.

Launching a restaurant

Last year, Riddhika Jain expanded her business with the establishment of BURASH, a Mediterranean restaurant. She is also the co-founder of Climb City. The latter stands as India’s largest climbing wall, offering thrilling adventures to people of all ages. 

Being an inspiration

Riddhika Jain’s transition from engineering to MBA and then venturing into the world of business after becoming a mother is truly inspirational for all. Her achievements as an entrepreneur serve as a source of motivation for everyone aspiring to establish their own businesses.
