The Delhi Police have reportedly arrested the accused and is awaiting for the autopsy report. The accused is identified to be a 22-year-old man.
Sources say the accused runs a guest house in the city and the minor's parent works in the same building. When parents were searching for the minor and her sister, they found the body of the minor and the sister on the ground floor of the building.
The parents rushed the minor to the nearby hospital, but she was declared dead. As the investigation started, the guest house residents were questioned. Many among them stated that the minor was last seen with the owner of the guest house.
Further, the police arrested the accused and the man is believed to have confessed to the killing. He stated that when the girl refused rape, he thought of leaving her.
