This trip offers a unique opportunity to explore the routes of India’s renowned epic Ramayana while also visiting other notable tourist attractions in Sri Lanka. Participants will journey from Colombo to the picturesque Nuwara Eliya mountains.

The flight departing from Kochi at 10:20 am on September 16 will arrive in Sri Lanka at 11:30 am. Tourists will have the chance to visit the Manavari Munneswaram Temple en route to Dambulla, where they can stay overnight. On the second day, the itinerary includes visits to Sigiriya Fort and the Dambulla Cave Temple.

Later, devotees can offer prayers at the Thirukkoneswaram Temple and the Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Temple. On the third day, the tour will include a visit to Kandy, where participants will explore the Royal Botanical Garden, attend the Kandy Cultural Show, and see the Sacred Tooth Relic Temple. On the fourth day, the itinerary features a visit to the Bahirawakanda Buddha statue, the Ramboda Hanuman Temple, and a tea factory in Nuwara Eliya.

On the fifth day, the itinerary includes visits to Gayatri Peeth, Sita Amman Temple, Gregory Lake, and Divurumpola Temple. After exploring the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, tourists will head to Colombo, where they can visit the Panchamukha Anjaneyar Temple and the Kelani Buddha Temple.

During the Colombo city tour, tourists will have the chance to visit several landmarks, including the Clock Tower, Galle Face Green, Colombo Port, Beira Lake, Independence Square, National Museum, and Nelum Pokuna Theater. On the following day, September 22, tourists will depart for Kochi on an 8 pm flight, arriving back in Kochi at 9:30 pm.

During this seven-day tour, travelers will have the opportunity to explore key sites associated with the Ramayana, as well as various spiritual and pilgrimage centers. The cost for this travel package starts at Rs 66,400.
