India’s first driverless train was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on a 37-km line in Delhi

<p>The Magenta Line interchanges with Yellow Line at Hauz Khas, Blue Line at Janakpuri West and Botanical Garden, and the Violet Line at Kalkaji Mandir of the Delhi Metro network.&nbsp;</p><p>The DMRC has been for some time testing the driverless train technology in its trains with drivers present in the cabin. From today, the trains will be able to operate driverless.</p><p><br />Prime Minister Narendra Modi also launched the fully-operational National Common Mobility Card for travel on the Airport Express Line of Delhi Metro.<br />&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p>
