As PM Modi lays the foundation stone, he will be accompanied by BJP stalwarts like LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi (virtual presence), BJP chief Mohan Bhagwat, and Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath among others.<br />
