Millennials' favourite show, The Big Bang Theory, is going to bid farewell to its fans next year. This heartbreaking revelation was done by the makers, CBS who said that the 12th season is going to be the finale, which will air in mid-2019. Currently, it is one of the most popular shows on television.
 
It started a decade ago with two brilliant physicists living next door to a beautiful street-smart lady, who teaches them the art of living life outside their laboratory. The show stars Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons), Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki), Penny (Kaley Cuoco), Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg), Rajesh Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar), Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) in lead roles. 
 
The show has gained 52 Emmy nominations with 10 wins. However, Sheldon's character has gained most number of fans and has earned four Emmy awards and one Golden Globe.
