'Oppenheimer,' a gripping drama with 13 nominations, swept through the ceremony, also securing wins for Best Supporting Actor (Robert Downey Jr.), Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and Best Original Score. The film's success was a testament to Nolan's visionary direction and the stellar performances of its cast.

Among the other notable winners of the evening were 'Barbie,' 'Poor Things,' and 'The Zone of Interest,' each taking home Oscars in various categories. Emma Stone's captivating performance in 'Poor Things' earned her the Best Actress award, while Robert Downey Jr. was recognized for his compelling portrayal in 'Oppenheimer' as the Best Supporting Actor. The Best Supporting Actress award was won by Da’Vine Joy Randolph, for “The Holdovers”.
