Farah revealed that until the vans arrive, the actors don't commence work. Nowadays, according to her, each actor has about four vans for themselves, with one for their gym, one for their staff, one for themselves, and one for food, which comes separately.

With her extensive experience directing prominent figures like Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, and Katrina Kaif, Farah Khan is intimately familiar with the evolving needs of big stars. She emphasized the transformation in on-set amenities over the years, noting the luxurious upgrades in vanity vans, ranging from gyms to fully equipped kitchens.

Farah reminisced about simpler times when actors would make do with less, recalling instances where heroines would change behind trees and towels or bedsheets were used for privacy during outdoor shoots. However, in stark contrast to these humble beginnings, actors today refuse to start working until their specialized vans are in place.

She recalled the past, mentioning how heroines would change behind trees, and towels would be held for them. She added that in outdoor shoots, even in Switzerland, they would change behind the bus, using bedsheets to cover themselves. According to her, nowadays, actors won’t start working until their vans arrive.

Moreover, the features of these vanity vans have become increasingly elaborate. Farah noted that Akshay Kumar mentioned during the promotion of 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' that his van is equipped to prepare special meals tailored to his dietary needs. Similarly, Tiger Shroff revealed that his van doubles as a gym to facilitate his training between takes.
