Actress Disha Patani says she never misses her workout no matter what! The actress is currently busy with her upcoming movie Bharat’s promotion.
Mumbai: Bharat actress Disha Patani rehearsed for almost 2 months for her role in the movie. Just before the shoot of her upcoming movie, she injured her knee, yet she never gave up. The actress will be playing the role of Trapeze artist.
The actress said, “After signing the film, I got so much time that I said yes to work in the film, but I am not ready to play the role. When training was done before shooting, even then it seemed as if I was not ready. I used to practice with Nadeem Sir. My practice was so much that just a week before shooting, my knee was broken.”
Director Ali Abbas feels that Disha was a perfect blend of fitness, young and hot. That’s how he feels she’s just perfect for her role Radha in the film ‘Bharat.’
Talking about her fitness routine, Disha said, “Honestly, holidays are not supposed to be for training but I do make sure that I am doing weight training every day and I am doing some form of Cardio every day and I also make sure that if I am at a beach place then I am swimming or some sort of activity because I eat a lot when I am on a vacation.”

She further said, “I always look for a place which has a gym that makes life very easy for me, I prefer weight training so I always look for a place and honestly if you are on a vacation you can always walk around or you can swim and do extracurricular stuff you can find in that particular area. I like doing weight training because it's different, I am at a different gym and in a different environment.”
Disha’s upcoming movie will be released on Eid, June 5. Followed by Mohit Suri’s Malang with Aditya Roy Kapur.
