Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are giving us friendship goals with newly surface images of the pair. It looks like one of Bollywood's ex-jodi has finally left their past behind.
Mumbai: Actors and former couple Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted greeting each other with hugs and goodbye kisses after an event here. Deepika and Ranbir, who reunited for a commercial a few days ago, attended the event on Monday for the brand that they are endorsing together.
Their photographs after the event have surfaced online. In the viral photographs, the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani stars can be seen bidding adieu to each other.
In one of the images, Deepika and Ranbir are seen sharing kisses on the cheek. The duo was spotted by the shutterbugs post an event in Mumbai and both of them parted like old friends. While Deepika was wearing a pastel coloured dress, Ranbir was sporting a pink sweatshirt paired with blue denim jeans.
In the pictures doing rounds on the internet, Deepika can be seen giving a friendly kiss and hug to Ranbir. Besides that, several videos from the event also got viral in which Ranbir is seen shaking a leg with Deepika to the song Aankh Marey from Simmba, her husband and actor Ranveer Singh's recent movie.
The video shows them on a stage with filmmaker Karan Johar, hosts Maniesh Paul and Bharti Singh, singing ‘happy birthday’ for Karan’s mother, Hiroo Johar, who celebrated her birthday on Monday, March 18.
Deepika married Ranveer in November last year after dating for six years, while Ranbir is reportedly dating actor Alia Bhatt.
On the work front, Ranbir will be next seen sharing screen space with his girlfriend and actor, Alia Bhatt in the movie Brahmastra by Ayan Mukerji, the films is a fantasy drama and will mark the power couple's first collaboration. On the other hand, Deepika will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar's upcoming directorial, Chhapaak. The biographical drama is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal and will mark Padukone's debut as a producer.
