Asha Bhosle treated union minister Amit Shah with three of her most famous songs which also include, 'Abhi Na Jao Chod Kar' from the film 'Hum Dono'. The rare occasion was captured on video. A photo biography book of the illustrious singer was released on the occasion by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The book illustrates Asha Bhosle's contribution to Maharashtrian cultural landscape. The book titled 'The Best Of Asha' was unveiled at Sahyadri Guest house. BJP Mumbai president Ashish Shelar was also present in the ceremony.

Photographs by acclaimed photographer Gautam Rajadhyaksha adorn the pages of the biography, a collaboration between Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar and the Valuable Group. The book showcases 42 different images alongside cherished memories, capturing the essence of Asha Bhosle's journey through the lens of her celebrated career.

During the meeting with Union Minister Amit Shah, Asha Bhosle delighted him with her musical talents, singing a Bengali song, "Abhi Na Jao Chod Kar" from the film "Hum Dono," and a Gujarati song. The intimate setting showed the singer and minister sharing moments of joy, with Amit Shah visibly pleased by the performance in his native language.

The event, held in the morning at Sahyadri Guest House, marked a significant moment in Asha Bhosle's legacy, with dignitaries and guests, including Mumbai BJP President Advocate Ashish Shelar and his wife Advocate Pratima Shelar, attending the unveiling. Also present were Janai Bhosale, Amey Hete, Ankit Hete, Prasad Mahadkar of Jeevangani, and book designer Nutan Aajgaonkar, among others, who contributed to the creation of this valuable document commemorating Asha Bhosle's remarkable journey.
