Pakistani actress Veena Malik, who was a contestant in the popular Indian reality show Bigg Boss 4, has also acted in a few Bollywood movies. She has now posted a distasteful photograph that demeans the Indian Army.

On Sunday, Veena took to her Twitter handle to post the image, in which she shows her middle finger. "To The Indian Brutality In Kashmir #IndianarmyinKashmir #indianArmy."

Her comment garnered over 5980 comments, while she became a victim of trolls as well.

Later, after the Centre abolished Article 370 that gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir, Veena wasn't pleased with the decision. The 35-year-old actress questioned India's decision to revoke the same. She tweeted, "Shame...!!! How can india revoke Article 370 Kashmir is still a disputed territory!!! #Article370 #Article370Abolished (SIC)."

The actress, who gained popularity in India by doing several shows and movies, accused politicians of taking advantage of the situation without raising a voice for the people of Kashmir. "Look how obsessed with personal gains are our politicians, disgusted at some tweets that are targeting the government instead of raising a voice for #Kashmir ! #KashmirUnderThreat #KashmirGenocide #KashmirBleedsUNSleeps (SIC)," Veena said.

On the other hand, another Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who acted with Shah Rukh Khan in Raees, also critiqued the move of abolishing Article 370. Terming it a matter 'beyond lines drawn on sand', she went on to write, "Heaven is burning and we silently weep."
