Recently, he had shared his fitness workout videos. Cricketers and fans were awestruck after watching Kohli lifting weights at his Mumbai home.

On Friday, Kohli posted a picture where he is seen with Williamson. The picture is from a Test match. Captains Kohli and Williamson are walking out for the toss.

“Love our chats . Good man @kane_s_w (sic),” Kohli captioned the picture on Instagram. He had also posted the same image on his Twitter page.

Williamson replied to Kohli on Instagram and wrote, “Same here bro, looking forward to the next one! … also trying to workout who is taller? (sic).” To this, the Indian right-hander wrote, “haha same here bro. I’m taller I guess or rather I believe (sic).”

Both Kohli and Williamson played in the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2008 in Malaysia with the former captaining India to glory.

Earlier this year, India had toured New Zealand. The Kohli-led side whitewashed the Kiwis 5-0 in T20Is but were clean swept in Tests (0-2) and ODIs (0-3). During the fifth and final T20I between the sides on February 2, this year, Kohli and Williamson was pictured at the boundary carrying drinks for their teammates. Both did not play that game in Mount Maunganui.
