WATCH: Imran Khan’s top bureaucrat steals wallet of visiting Kuwait dignitary

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, just days back took an unprecedented dig at Indian PM Narendra Modi, after India snubbed its offer for foreign minister-level talks. Imran Khan took to Twitter insinuating ‘small men holding big offices’ that was widely criticised. But within days, the smallness of his government stands exposed, thanks to a closed circuit television (CCTV) footage where a very senior official of Imran's government is spotted stealing the wallet of a visiting official from Kuwait.

Yes, you have heard it right. Zarar Haider Khan was the Joint Secretary of Industries and production who stole the wallet of the visiting Kuwait official kept on a table with the finesse of a professional. Only to be caught on the CCTV. Needless to say, not only it embarrassed Pakistan when the Kuwait official asked for his missing wallet but subsequently when the local media beamed that CCTV footage on their news channels.

Pakistani journalists and intelligentsia took to Twitter to further the embarrassment of the Imran Khan government.
