Sri Lanka: Unidentified submarine found with weapons in Ampara

Ampara: The Sri Lankan defence forces stumbled upon a submarine carrying weapons. The defence forces believe that modern technology in the submarine helps it gain speed much faster than other submarines.

However, the defence forces are now investigating the source of the submarine.
