Tamil Nadu: Villagers demand basic facilities, threaten to boycott Lok Sabha elections

Kovilpatti: Scores of villagers came together, waving black flags in protest of basic amenities not being provided in the village. They threatened to boycott the upcoming Lok Sabha elections if their demands are not fulfilled.

The villagers alleged that they have no water source to fill water from and their village also lacks lights and a crematorium.
