Belagavi woman farmer heads to Mandya to support Sumalatha Ambareesh

Belagavi: A woman farmer from Belagavi has decided to go to Mandya to extend her support to Sumalatha Ambareesh who is contesting from the Lok Sabha constituency as an independent.

Farmer Jayashri Guran spoke to media persons and expressed that she was supporting Sumalatha because of her sincerity and selflessness.

“She is a woman, and I being a woman myself, would like to extend my support. Sumalatha is working selflessly and we are going there to strengthen her,” stated Jayashri.

Sumalatha is backed by the BJP. Karnataka chief minister Kumaraswamy’s son Nikhil Kumaraswamy is also in the fray from the same constituency.
